Call now to schedule a full driving skills and safety assessment at our Rockleigh, NJ facility, designed to make sure drivers and their vehicles are operating in the safest manner possible, which can include recommending specialized equipment to improve comfort, visibility and response time. 

We can:

• Assess your driving skills and safety
• Help you maintain your independence
• Assist with special equipment as necessary

Our Driver Assessment Program is a Two-Step Process

First step:

• Assess reaction times
• Assess vision
• Assess range of motion
• Assess knowledge of road signs
• Assess cognition

The first stage takes about an hour with an Occupational Therapist at our clinic, located at the Jewish Home at Rockleigh, 10 Link Dr., Rockleigh NJ 07647.
Cost: $200

Second step:

After the initial assessment, a follow-up appointment is made for a road assessment in a dual-control vehicle with the Occupational Therapist present. This allows them to assess road skills.
Cost: $300.

Payment can be made by credit card or check to the Jewish Home Family and is paid at the time of the appointment.

At the conclusion of the assessments, you will receive a report from the therapist as well as the driving instructor.
