Himmelfarb “Employee of the Month Program”

The Jewish Home at Rockleigh takes pleasure in announcing that Debbie and Stuart Himmelfarb have established the “Bella and Martin Himmelfarb Employee of the Month Program” in honor of Stuart’s parents. This program will publically recognize outstanding and caring employees by acknowledging their accomplishments and contributions to JHR. Employees selected as Employee of the Month will have this honor acknowledged with:

1. A Letter of Recognition issued by the Executive Vice President
2. A Certificate of Appreciation co-signed by the Executive Vice President and the Employee’s Department Head
3. The name along with a photograph of the Employee to be presented on a recognition plaque that will be prominently displayed in a public area
4. A Fifty Dollar gift card
5. Complimentary daily meal for a month

In order to nominate a worthy employee, a Nomination Form must be completed and submitted. Employees, residents and families, along with members of the community, may submit nominations. These forms will be available at the reception desk or the Human Resources office. Nomination Forms will be submitted into a ballot box located in our lobby. Online nominations done through our website may also be submitted for consideration. All nominations will be reviewed and a winner chosen by a Selection Committee.

Plans call for the program to be launched by summer 2009. For this new program to succeed, the support and genuine interest of everyone is needed. If you have any questions regarding this fine new program, please contact the Director of Human Resources at 201-750-4235.
